your wheel/tire would be approx 10mm bigger overall, 8mm on outer, 3mm on inner. This might make (front tire-strut) clearance tight if you have -2.5 negative camber or more with stock suspension.

 

I'm looking a very similar setups (17x8 or 18x8 with +45) and it looks like you'll have plenty of clearance on both sides with stock suspension according to https://wheel-it-fit.com (I'm not an expert, so definitely double check my work and take it with a grain of salt).

For myself I was considering a 5–10mm spacer to get the fitment a bit more flush.

I sure think that 18x8 +45 looks good! You will have no problem with clearance anywhere with stock suspension.

 

Wow looks great! Can I ask what tires you ran on those?

 

I'm 8 wide with +40, on springs which utilize stock suspension. You should have no issues clearing, i have plenty of room

 

18x8 +35 on Tein H-Tech, camber bolts, and 235/40 rear 215/40 front no rub:

Front camber: -2.4
Rear camber: -2

 

I'm thinking about running those same springs I wouldn't be able to use camber bolts tho front strut clearance is to tight
