After trying the Raceseng Stratose and deciding I definitely don't like heavy shift knobs on this car, I went the other direction and tried the Beatrush knob thats about 110g (Stock is 200g). Getting used to how straight up tiny it is is interesting, but I do like how direct and mechanical it makes the shifts feel. It was like $30 from Black Hawk Japan. Worth a try. Plus lots of colors.

Can’t find picture of mine directly, but I have this beauty from GRMN Yaris View attachment 43502

Oh wow, that's the one! Do you have any idea of the weight? And did you do anything to hide the reverse lockout stuff?

It is the same knob as the GR Corolla Core stock knob, just with a red ring and suede instead of leather. The Core knob is ~70g or so. Back in 2023 they were hard to come by because most GRCs got a port installed "upgrade" knob instead. I put a heavy Billetworkz knob on my GRC - I usually like the feel of a heavier knob. But just for fun I tried the Core knob on my 86 and actually really liked the feel. So I made a little aluminum skirt to hide the reverse lockout and it's been on there ever since.

Trying out some options..

The Fusion has been great but wanted to try something different so started looking around here to see what everyone is running.

Thanks to @Shoggy for putting me onto Likewise - never heard of them before and turns out they're right here in Oz!

Also got the Daytona Pro for a tryout;

...and yes, I am some sort of shifter magpie - it's a problem and I'm dealing with it :p

It seems that you have missed to order the collar adapter (type A) in addition. The correct setup should look like that. Never tested it myself, but I think without it you will have problems engaging reverse gear.

The pics above were just loose fitted for demo purposes. I do also have the collar adapter, just haven't fitted it yet :) I have yet to get the logo lined up correctly for a proper fit.
