Here's a thread with 4 pages of shift knobs:

EDIT: Here's a few I made

Shedua knob, I just finished this last night. It still needs a few final coats of matte polyurethane. I made this one sit a bit lower modeling it loosely after the JDM knob.

man those look beautiful. I was thinking about commissioning someone to make a CGT inspired knob for my car.

I absolutely love these. I would love to have one of these in padauk or bloodwood, or alternatively pau ferro or cocobolo. Unfortunately I don't have a lathe. I can't imagine what it must have been like shaving that ironwood!

Raceseng mono ti with 4ā€ riser on billetworks short shifter
With the way the light is bouncing off this one, for a sec I thought this was clear plastic with pleated filter paper in it, like one of those small engine fuel filters.

Looks nice though. It looks like getting into reverse might be a bit of a chore thought with the extension.

Thanks. Not bad at all with the swell at the bottom of the extension you still have somewhere to grab to operate the lockout.

Kazama Auto + my custom little spacer sleeve.

This is my current setup.
I think 170g.
Without the spacer there's a big gap + exposed c-clip.

Aluminum core, shaft adapter, and silicone coating.

Likewise Ghost. I stopped using this one because I stopped using the Billetworkz short shifter.

The Billetworkz has a 19mm ish reverse lockout, so it fits nicely with the gen 1 adapter from Likewise. Without the smaller diameter reverse lockout, you'll need to use the chunkier taller option.

240g ish.
Delrin shell that threads onto a steel base.
