I have a 2023 Neptune Blue GR86 and I wanted to get rims next, I've been looking at some rims and I have been considering the 57cr gram lights with specs 18x8.5 +45 5x100, I also wanted to get coil overs or springs to get rid of the 4 finger gap in between the tire and the body. I want to get rid of maybe an inch and a half or two but I don't want it to affect the comfortability of the car since I have to commute 30+ mins every day. What are some good coilover or spring options for good fitment that wouldn't affect the comfortability of my car as much?

I bought CSG Spec Tein Flex A coilovers for my car because they know the platform best out of any other manufacturer aside from Toyota/Subaru themselves and I trust them to make a good street-style coilover. The HKS Hipermax S coilovers have been reviewed as really good, but they're the most expensive option. My friend has Silvers NeoMax coilovers (don't know the specific item #) and he says it's marginally better than stock and it's cheaper than the CSG Teins.

I don't know a lot about lowering springs, but a lot of people on this forum are using the RSR SuperDown lowering springs and like them. With lowering springs, you have to consider that your damping does not match up with the shorter spring so your ride will be harsher. Most coilovers have adjustable damping which can be tuned how you want. If you're building on a budget, lowering springs are your best bet but I think most people on here would urge you to save another month and buy quality mid-range coilovers instead.
