Speaking from experience, modern Toyota was trying to sell me a base for what I thought was way too high. I ordered a premium through flow in statesville, after fees and all that I think it was around 35k or something, close to MSRP. Don’t know if they would have tried to pull the “port installed options” card bc I backed out and got a used one, but I remember the quote that modern gave me for a base before fees was way too high, you could have better luck than me though. I’ll also say, if you go to Flow in Statesville, ask for Todd. He was super cool and helpful, if I was going to buy from a dealership I was going to buy through him. The guy at Modern was kind of a dick to me though, I wish I remembered his name so I could tell you to stay away lol. I think it was Shane or Sean or something

 

Not sure if VA is out of the question, but Warrenton Toyota is an MSRP dealer. They sold my me GR premium.
