I never wanted to drill the front bumper and didn't want my front plate on a tow hook attachment off to the side.
So I tried this and it works. I bought this from Amazon and zip tied it upside down.
I bought Zip Ties from the local hardware store, 6" to 8" just to make it easier to wrap it around.
Then I cut off the ends and tucked the ends in.
So, there is some obvious play at the top, but the bottom is secured vertically and horizontally. No drills. No tape.
Fortunately it came out even side-to-side and covers up most of the original placement as if it were drilled.
I went the extra mile and bought silicone plate frames at this link
