Water leak from under entire dash.

I've had my 2023 for less than a year, and for the last couple of months I've noticed that water would drip from the AC into the floor on the passenger side. The only thing I could find was an AC drain line clog. I had that check and it was not blocked.
One day I was driving when it started to rain really hard, my AC was completely off as well when water begin dripping into the passenger floor. There would also be water dripping onto my left foot when it was up against the foot rest on the driver side.
I took it to Toyota, and they said the windshield was aftermarket and that the bottom strip of sealant wasn't adhered properly, but when taking it to safelite I talked with the guy there and he said that even if the bottom seal wasn't properly attached, water wouldn't come in from there, at least not compared to how much water is coming into the interior.
So, now I'm not sure what the problem is. Safelite guy suggested taking the A pillars off and running water over the roof of the car to see if there is a leak from up top. Attached photos are of the cowl taken off, I ran water through the drain below the windshield and the water drained out of the bottom of the car just fine.
Any advice is appreciated.
