Saw this posted in a group as a meme and I realized my trunk doesn't have this liner in it 🤔 my gr86 is premium. Anyone have this or know if it's aftermarket? Maybe regional?

Mine has the carpet mats, just specifically wondering about the trunk lid itself. I haven't even seen it as a part from toyota

Pretty sure it comes with Premium and base doesn't get it just like it was with the first gens.

Lol beats me. According to my invoice floor mats were my only add on.

Except for mine for some random reason??? Would be interested to know when everyone's car was built. My base GR86 was Nov 2021, so it might have changed with the later build dates or the one in mine was installed by accident.

BRZ Limited, February 2022 build date, has the liner installed.

Mines a GR86 premium, the BRZ Limited mentioned above is the same higher spec as 86 premium, and we both don't have it. Seems like something they may run out of in production and don't want to delay the cars, or they just didn't install them earlier in production. I'll check when my car was built.
