Supra Sales vs Toyota 86 vs BRZ

Looks like the Supra is actually doing ok, although to be fair the 86 is really old now and for sports cars, sales normally die down.
I suspect GR86 sales will be more than Supra for sure.

Interesting that Toyota sells twice as many 86's compared to BRZ models.

They do have like 4x the amount of dealerships. And more marketing $ too.

I also think that anyone who goes into a Subaru dealership randomly thinking about the Subaru brand isn't likely to consider a BRZ. They're probably looking for something AWD. So seeing a RWD car there is just odd.

I agree, people that are looking for a car are looking at the Impreza/WRX before even considering the BRZ.

This nothing but a pipe dream but could you imagine if Subaru offered the BRZ with their AWD? that would be nuts.
