Thanks to California, I have to place a front plate. I bought the Subaru bracket (SOA432L171) and upon opening the package, it stated it needed an additional part (SOA342L180). People have reported that just using the supplied Well Nuts isn't sufficient enough to keep the bracket on and resulted in lost plates. Anyone had success in just mounting the bracket without the additional part?
