For the automatic owners, if your remote start isn’t working it looks like a fix is available

mine hasn’t worked since I took delivery in February. My screen has showed this and I’ve called like 8 plus times for the rep to do the same thing everytime (remove my account from the app then reapply) nothing works!

Sucks that it doesn't work for some people, getting it set up the first time was a bit tricky but after that, I never had a problem with it

Have your dealer check out and replace the DCM. I had the same issue and it was the DCM itself.
