since i don’t have a garage, this will have to do against that baking sun
Not sure if this is the best solution unless you are letting it sit for months on end. The paint will get micro-scratches every-time you put it on and take it off from loose dirt on the car. Let alone when the wind get its it'll be like moving a fine sandpaper across your car.

Just get a sunshade for the interior and add a ceramic coating to protect the paint. The car cover will do more damage than just letting it sit.

Agreed, that "cover" will do way more damage than good.
