The back end does seem a bit bulky for my liking, but that could be just the photo. Overall it looks like a solid car.
Yeah the 10th gen Civic looks way sportier (and better imo) than this one. But I'll try and hold back until the actual production model is revealed.Seems like the current-gen CIVIC looks so much sportier.
What I'm hoping for is they keep the base sedan like this and then go nuts with the Si and Type R for the enthusiasts. The 11th-generation Civic sedan might not look sporty but it will likely appeal better to its core buyer base.
Fortunately, patents of the hatch make it clear that Honda wants it to be the sportier version, as it should.
I doubt most people care aside from Si and Type R owners. With the current Civic some people complained about the size and number fake vents in the front and back bumpers. The hope was that they would tone down the design a bit in the mid cycle refresh. With this new Civic I' m almost thinking they need to bring back the fake vents. This new design is definitely "Jetta" conservative.
This looks similar to the base Civic but to be fair the photo is a bit grainy.I doubt most people care aside from Si and Type R owners.
Hard to tell here but the new Si could have some more functional aero. I hope.
