Looking for opinions on the Aussie MCA coilovers.
MCA seem to have a big range of coilovers for the 86/BRZ, with application depending on use case. I'm just after a street use coilover that will provide some sportiness with still decent ride quality for back road driving which can be bumpy and uneven where I live.
They have their custom 'Red' coilovers, but they might be OTT for my purpose. Below that are the Pro Comfort, Pro Street and Pro Sport which are all monotube designs with adjustable damping and camber plates.
Spring rates F/R are : Comfort 5/4 kg, Street 6/4.5 kg, Sport 6/5 kg
I currently have the STI springs, which are a bit firmer than stock with a small 10mm drop and I'll probably only do 20mm drop with the coilovers as the car is my daily and needs to retain a practical ride height.
Looking at MCA's descriptions and use cases, I'm leaning towards the Pro Street which they descibe as:

Looking at MCA's descriptions and use cases, I'm leaning towards the Pro Street which they descibe as:
- Comfort-focused street driving with a slightly firmer, more sporty feel
- Medium-level spirited driving
- Height adjustment range of factory height down to top of tyre level with fender (estimate)
- Uses a pre-determined valving and spring packaged from our MCA Reds product
