Is adding dash speakers to the base model with an amp possible?

Would it be possible to add the 2 missing dash speakers to the 6 speaker base model if you used something like a beatsonic amp? I do not have any experience with car audio but since the tweeter and dash speaker are wired in parallel, couldn't you amp the signal to allow more power and then wired in the new speakers? Is there a difference in what the head unit outputs between the trims or do the speakers handle the crossover themselves?

The dream is to get the OEMAudio+ kit or DIY something similar and if I'm already dropping a ton on that, I might as well splurge to the premium version and wire in the dash speakers if its possible.

I'm an EE and have some experience making wire harnesses so I'd be willing to hack something together as a project, but if the head unit itself would casue issues then it's probably not worth it

Dash speakers are fed full range signal and passively crossed over using a set of capacitors mounted on the speakers themselves.

Entirely possible to add the missing set if using an amp as long as the impedance presented to the amp is within range, you’ll have to keep this in mind if running all 6 front speakers in parallel off 2 channels.

If you get me a picture of the connectors, I can identify them so you can make something plug and play. I’ve been a bit too busy lately to poke around in my own car.

Ok, it will probably be sometime I'll look more into after Christmas since that's when I'll be getting the amp. IDK how you put out feelers for what is worth it to sell and what's not, but a base model upgrade kit from Hachi could be nice (though I can see how/why sourcing speakers and an amp or being sure customers have an amp that supports everything could be annoying/challenging for you). If anything, I'd be willing to pay for a one-off harness for it just to avoid sourcing all the connectors myself if that's something you would be open to (otherwise just connector part numbers would be fine)
