Here's some great photos of the new BRZ in Ice Silver Metallic. If you see more photos be sure to add them below.
I much prefer BRZ front, I don't get all the hate. And you are right Silver is perfect color for this Boxer Engine car. (But I don't think you can make this car look bad in any colors). The car is so photogenic. Also Ice Silver is not getting enough love around here.I put deposits on both a BRZ and a 86 and planned to take whichever came in first. That turned out to be the 86. I might have preferred the BRZ suspension, plus it seems right that the car be badged a Subaru since they manufacture it and supply the majority of its parts. But I much prefer the look of the 86’s front end, as well as it’s grey interior stripes instead of red (too boy racer for me).
To me, the BRZ front end makes the color choice on that car more significant. I personally don’t like white or red on the BRZ but think they work great on the 86.
All of a long way of saying that to me the silver is a great color on the BRZ. It makes more of a difference on that car than any color makes on the 86.
Hadn't thought of doing monochrome shots with mine. Looks fantastic.Came out of work late at night and had to snap picture of my lonely BRZ View attachment 33766
Thank you. Now I see why everyone is replacing the side marker with a JDM one. The car looks so much better with a clear marker. I think I will blank them out with a smoke overlay for now and replace them some day. My wife was already giving me a side eye when I bought the ducktail for it.Hadn't thought of doing monochrome shots with mine. Looks fantastic.
Very nice looking BRZ @grembal! Congrats and welcome to the forum! What convinced you to move on from the Miata?Picked this one up used a couple weeks ago, coming from an NB miata which ill miss dearly im enjoying the power bump and extra room in the back. Used to own a silver GD wagon years ago so feels like ive completed a circle lol. I intend to keep this thing as long as I can.

Mostly just wanted something more comfortable for long drives - the miata was kinda miserable to be in in that regard. I could have gotten softer springs and a more comfortable seat for it but at the end of the day it was still a noisy tin canVery nice looking BRZ @grembal! Congrats and welcome to the forum! It's great that you found a car that offers the fun driving experience of a Miata with added comfort for those long drives! What features do you appreciate the most in the BRZ that make it more comfortable than the Miata for extended trips?Mostly just wanted something more comfortable for long drives - the miata was kinda miserable to be in in that regard. I could have gotten softer springs and a more comfortable seat for it but at the end of the day it was still a noisy tin can. With the BRZ I get much of the fun of an na/nb with more creature comforts. Still love miatas though and may end up buying another in a few years
