it beats out my old razor scooter by a margin
it beats out my old razor scooter by a marginWell…I finally have “green” credentials. I own an EV!
Top speed of around 50kph and a range of 60km. Turns out that this baby produces 50nm torque. With an all up weight with me on it of under 100kgs, that’s 500nm per tonne. That’s more than 50% more than a V8 Mustang Bullitt!
And look…ventilated disc brakes with red calipers! Woohoo!
Fits easily in the back of the BRZ too.

Where I live (Brisbane Australia) you are allowed to ride e-scooters on foot paths (sidewalks), or bike paths, and on roads where the speed limit is 50kph (30mph) or less. They don’t need to be registered and you don’t need a special licence for them. And the climate here (same latitude as Tampa FL) means that they are a great option for getting around. Especially within 5km of your home. I can be in the city centre from my home in about 5 mins on the scooter. Don’t know why I didn’t buy one ages ago.Nice! i got an Apollo ghost for commuting to work back when I lived in California, but I moved to north Carolina several months ago, and the streets are not as friedly to bikes and scooters where I live. Trying to decide what I should do with it now.
