HKS Legamax Premium Axleback exhaust with Remark Midpipe

Thought someone other than myself might be interested in this setup. Both videos are cold starts.

Before: HKS Legamax Premium axleback with STOCK midpipe (revs to 3k rpm at the very end):

After: HKS Legamax Premium axleback with REMARK midpipe (and revs to 3k rpm):

Overall impressions: the Remark midpipe makes the axleback noticeably throatier / growlier without much added noise. I haven't taken it out on the highway yet, but I'm not expecting too much in the way of volume; hopefully the growls persist. I also noticed that exhaust pops were a bit more apparent with the Remark midpipe, but I haven't done any real rev-match downshifts on the road yet.

Would the Remark midpipe work with the stock muffler? Curious to know how that would sound.

Yes it will work with the stock muffler (which is why it also works with the Legamax premium, which is essentially a better sounding version of the OEM): Midpipe Kit - GR86 / BRZ (2022+)

Update after a commute to and from work last night: this is the perfect combo for me. Gives a good growl with a good "grrrr" sound without sounding like a vacuum cleaner.

Have you done any pulls? I'm curious how the midpipe affects noise levels at higher RPMs.

Based on what I have been able to find it seems like adding the Remark midpipe to an axbleback without a muffler give similar results to what you have commented. The main difference is that when you have the midpipe and axleback without a muffler it becomes much louder at higher RPMs, I don't know if that is the case here.

The pulls feel good too. Above 4000rpm you get a lot of induction-like noise but that is clearly coming from underneath your seat where the midpipe/resonator are
