My favorite driving music is the old Ridge Racer Type 4 soundtrack... so it had to be Urban Fragments.

The song plays during the game's ridiculously over-produced intro, so fun.

JDM cars don't come with a head unit as standard, so my first drive was "silent". However, music is super important to me, so my plan was to drive it directly home and install better speakers and an Android head unit. So the first song for me was my go-to sound test song:

When I left the house later though it was something from my playlist of jazz/electronic/soul/world music, i fill it with songs that feel like they're from gran turismo menus (some of them are). Probably was something from Kyoto Jazz Massive turned down just for background noise

totally agree with this 👆though as well. After getting exhaust on it, the VAST majority of the time, the car is the music I listen too.

Gonna have about a 2 hour drive home when I finally get to pick up my BRZ, so I'll play a little of everything I like on the way back. Mostly rock/metal/older rap. Metallica, Megadeth, 2pac, Dre, I Prevail, Kendrick Lamar, Falling In Reverse, Snoop, Eminem, Public Enemy, Slipknot, Halestorm, Ice Cube, etc...

Based on the opinions I've seen so far on the 'premium' 8 speaker system I'll probably be upgrading it quickly.
