I wanna do this too but how hard is it to rebadge and have everything lined up correctly for resale?
I saw a few black out badges that come with foam to line up your inserts if you want to put them back on or black out. If you put original chrome back on you would need new 3M Tape.

I honestly don't think it's necessary, debadging takes no value from the car. I've debadged all my cars (I'm on my 7th) and I've never had anyone say a word about it when I went to sell.
Agreed 100%. I debadge every car I buy and just keep the removed badge and show it to the person interested in the car (when it's time to sell). They are always cool about it. The key is showing them the car wasn't "debadged" due to paint/body damage.
