Could you run these on stock suspension + camber bolts?

APEX VS-5RS 17x9 +48 offset wheels, Anthracite color. Wheels are practically brand new, less than 100 miles on them. Centercaps are included, no TPMS.
One of the wheels has a few tiny scratches on the very edge of the lip, courtesy of the tire place. I touched them up and they are barely visible.
Yokohama A052 tires 245/40/17. Three are from last year with about 40 autocross runs and 2500 street miles. One is brand new, replaced due to a puncture under warranty about a month ago.
Can ship, but prefer a pickup.
