Any Europe updates?

I've been searching everywhere and I can't find any info regarding GR86's launch date in Spain (or any European country, should be similar).

Does anyone have any updates at all? Toyota only changed their website and introduced the car briefly, but no release date, price or anything like it.

Cheers! Can't wait to get mine!

I just got reply from the dealer. My order wasn't cancelled, and my spot is still honored by the importer (if I can trust what the dealer says). I just need to pick a different color. So decision time: either go with my second best pick - the ice silver (which doesn't create much emotion for me), or black and full wrap down the road, hmm...
The exakt same here for me - my neptune blue is gone and I have to pick an other colour.

Arrival of the car expected Dec or Jan. Despite the colour change. But I dont take that for granted.

Soo... which colour now?

I think I go for the dark blue. Although Im not 100% happy with that one.

I had to change my colour too.

Neptune blue no longer available - I changed to trueno blue.
What? Are you from Croatia? I'm living in Zagreb and they told me they will never sell the car here...
Sorry, Im just on vacation in croatia

Im located in germany and ordered my car there.
couple of questions:

- when / on what date did you order the Neptune blue originally here in Germany?

- what was the expected delivery date for the Neptune blue car (assuming a date was known at all)?

- did they tell you an expected delivery date after you switched to trueno/sapphire?
I ordered right before the system closed in germany, so I was late on the party.

I havent had a delivery date for the Neptune blue, also the hidden data said nothing.

But as I switched the colour the dealer told me late december or january.

I dont know if I should take this date too seriously
It is happening guys... still cant believe it :LOL:

It seems to me that the cars are only arriving to Switzerland these days... Is there anybody from some other european country who has concrete info on getting their car delivered in the coming days?
Guys from Italy get some news on cars arriving lately posted here too...
Also the GR86 is now appearing in insurance systems! That speaks for itself
And it isnt that bad as I thought it might be :giggle:

My parents recently got a yaris cross. They are built in France... so imo it cant be that hard to get them to Slovakia. Waiting time was 6 months.
Welcome to the club...

Which colour did you choose?

I went for the dark blue.
Take your time... excited to hear your detailed thoughts about the car (y)

I expect 10 l/100km for not too crazy driving on country roads.

Yeah... it is thirsty for its numbers on power and weight. But... pfff its one of its last, so let him drink.

I see your point on switching the interior... I guess you may be right with your doubts about the quality of the work done in this case.

I wouldnt want it either.
I have a question: Will you drive your GR 86 in winter….???
Me personally... no. At least not when there is salt on the roads.

Its more like a weekend car for me.
There was a sapphire/trueno blue on their lot as well. It does look fantastic in my opinion.
It does indeed :)

I'm getting more and more comfortable with my second best colour choice since I had to change from the neptune blue.

As I see the suspension that close...

Did you thought about any kind of rust protection to all the metal parts or even undercarriage and cavity sealing?

Especially japanese cars tend to look rusty on those parts quite fast. I saw some videos of GR Yaris after only one year and they didn't look very nice on the lift
I'm interested in whether the anniversary parts (i.e. the exhaust and the wheels) will become part of the TRD general catalogue for open orders.
Same for me... the exhaust looks and sounds great for my taste :)
