That car is definitely a goner. As was said already, even if it wasn't you wouldn't want to own it after that level of damage.
Wait for your insurance to respond (after they talk to the other party's insurance).

Do not take the first "offer"! Unless, by some miracle, they come back with an equitable amount, you should push back. This happened to me when my poor '91 CRX Si was totalled parked at the curb in front of my apartment. The insurance company offered low KBB for it, but the car was in meticulous condition. I did not accept the offer and mentioned that maybe attorneys need to get involved and the insurance company immediately came back with high KBB (which I accepted).

While you pay your premiums to protect you (financially) from this exact type of disaster, it is in the best interest of the insurance company to pay you off as cheaply as they can.
