It sure doesn't sound like a B58 and may very well be the S58 (G80 2021+ M3)

In this video you will see a 2020 Toyota Supra Mk5 testing hard on the Nurburgring Nordschleife. Does it still sound like the B58 engine to you? Or is the S58 engine (G80 M3) being tested in the Supra? This would mean a twin turbo inline 6 back in the Supra which would be very similar to the original 2JZ... To me it sounds like the B58 and not the S58.

Here's a video of the S58 in action, the S58 definitely sounds more raspy, especially at the top end.
I would go as far to say that this is probably a mule for another power bump of the B58 and maybe suspension tweaks.

My guess is that it's a tuned B58. There's no way BMW is letting Toyota use the M3's engine. However, I can see someone doing a swap like this on their own.
